    -Church service will be held at the Chandler school house next Sunday at 7:30 p.m.  Rev. Larmour will preach on "A Self Made Man."  Mrs. Jordan will be the church organist, and Mrs. Quartier is the Sunday school organist.

    Sunday school will be held Sunday at 10:30 in the morning, and the subject will be "God's Covenant with Noah."

    Brother Larmour is the superintendent, and the services are union, and persons of all denominations are cordially invited.

    Prayer meetings are held every Friday evening at the school house at 7:30, and are conducted by Brother Lorimer.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/7/1913)

    -Last Sunday, three ministers and a Y.M.C.A. worker attended the church services in Chandler.  Mr. Adkinson, a state superintendednt of the Methodist Missionary Society of Arizona, gave the sermon.  He talked about temptation and the Devil.

    Mrs. Jordan played the organ for the Christian Endeavor meeting while Mrs. Marsh played for the regular service.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/21/1913)

    100 students attended Sunday school last Sunday.  The biggest turnout since starting the program.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/21/1913)

    -Sunday morning, Sunday school was held while in the evening before church service, Christian Endeavor was held.  Rev. Larmour officiated the service.

    -Rev. Raley of Phoenix delivered the sermon last Sunday to a full house.  Mr. Larmour will be next week.

    -Rev. J.L. Birchan gave the sermon on Sunday on how Jesus was the only one who gives us a real idea of who is God.  The reverend is spending time in the valley due to poor health.

    C.E. Hull of Phoenix sang a solo, and there was a large attendance.  Sunday school had 104 attendees which is said to be a record.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/25/1913)

    -60 people were given communion at the end of church services on Sunday with 120 attendees.  Rev. A.W. Adkinson preached the sermon called, "Not By Might, Nor By Power, But My Spirit Sayeth the Lord."  The new singing books were used for the first time.

    -Rev. Pasley of Mesa gave the sermon last Sunday to a large crowd on religious truths.

    The Sunday school had 80 people attend, and Mr. Berry, who teaches the Bible class wants adults to come and fill up his class.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/30/1913)

    -No church service was held on Sunday, but Sunday school attendance was good.  There was also a Christian Endeavor meeting.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/13/1913)

    -Rev. E.D. Raley of Phoenix led the church service on Sunday where he compared good and evil to the fruits of the spirit.  He announced that Rev. Lorimer will continue on to October as pastor.  There was a large attendance.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/27/1913)

    -Rev. Raley gave the first of three parts of his sermons on the life of Jesus Christ.  The first part was on "Why He Came," and the other two will be on "What He Did," which will be given on July 20th, and the third will be "What He Left Behind."  The reverend hopes to come here every two weeks.  (Chandler Arizonan 7/11/1913)

    -Rev. Raley addressed a good sized congregation Sunday night.  He did his second sermon on Christ and his rejection.  The Sunday school had its usual large attendance.  (Chandler Arizonan 7/25/1913

    -Rev. Fisk from Tempe Methodist Church gave the sermon on Sunday to a fair sized crowd.  He talked about the transformation of Christ, and how we can change through him.

    -The girls of the Sunday school are planning a mysterious event to be held on August 15th.  The admission will be free and everyone is welcome.  (Chandler Arizonan 8/8/1913)
