Historic Structures and Neighborhoods

Presently, the City of Chandler does not have a historic preservation ordinance or plan. There are a number of historic structures that have been preserved through various efforts in the past. This page lists some of the historic structures in the City.

    • Chandler High School, 1921
    • McCrosky House & Edwards House at Tumbleweed Ranch
    • McCullough-Price House. This recently rehabilitated pueblo revival style home, built in 1938, now serves as a cultural, heritage and visitors center near Chandler Fashion Center.
    • Winn School, 1929
    • Silk Stocking Neighborhood, 1912
